Outgrit is made by one developer in Budapest. Mail reaches a human, not a queue.

Getting your data out, or deleting it

Both live inside the app, on the You screen, and neither needs us:

• Export everything builds a file containing your own rows from every table Outgrit holds, and hands it to the iOS share sheet.
• Delete everything removes the account and its data. It asks you to type the word first, because it cannot be undone.

If either fails, or you would rather we did it for you, write to the address above. What we do with a request, and how long it takes, is set out in the privacy policy.

Reporting a problem

The most useful report says what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involves a specific day's data, the date helps. Please do not send screenshots of health values you would rather keep private — a description is enough for us to find it.

What Outgrit is not

Outgrit is a wellness app. It shows you what your own numbers did. It does not diagnose, does not treat, and is not a substitute for a clinician. The full statement is in the terms, and the app repeats it where it matters.

If you are worried about a symptom, please talk to a doctor rather than to us.
